Guest guest
After reading Fliss' post, I remembered a couple of supplements I get for the boys (teenagers who won't eat veggies and fruits as they should). They come from the AARP " junk " magazine Dr. Leonard's . I can't remember the manufacturer, but they are not too expensive and are supposed to be for the elderly who don't eat a balanced diet. I have seen good results in both boys. Both even say they can tell whenever they forget to take them a day or two...they don't feel as well. Wonder if these would help on our restrictive diets one way or the other? Donna Womack Fort Worth, TX
