After reading Fliss' post, I remembered a couple of supplements I get for the

boys (teenagers who won't eat veggies and fruits as they should). They come

from the AARP " junk " magazine Dr. Leonard's . I can't remember the

manufacturer, but they are not too expensive and are supposed to be for the

elderly who

don't eat a balanced diet. I have seen good results in both boys. Both even

say they can tell whenever they forget to take them a day or two...they don't

feel as well.

Wonder if these would help on our restrictive diets one way or the other?
