It is annoying when they don't listen - I try to be fair minded and tell myself I am not their only patient, blah blah but sometimes its really hard!! Fortunately my rheumy and pulmonolgist are excellent, my sort of pcp here has a tendency not to listen, English is not his mother tongue and I do tend to gabble on, so I just repeat my self until he has got it. Actually I had some bloodtests last week, and I have to get the results, I also have to get a meningitis shot (endemic in this region, we do it every two years) also in Africa which is coming up again in 3 weeks. Yippee! Your sister is in my prayers, as are you.
