Congratulations on taking the step of joining. Curves for Women is

so perfect for all of us (middle age/ overweight) women. I am so

excited about opening a Curves franchise here in Milwaukee. I love

the workout and like you said... it is such a comfortable

environment to go workout..unlike a Big co-ed club where they run

around with those tight little spandex outfits on. I truly believe

we do need to change our life style after the surgery (it is only a

tool) and eat differently and exercise regularily. Our bodies are

quite amazing how they adjust and compensate and hang onto the fat

when it feels like we have put it in starvation mode. The exercise

will help burn off the fat and gain muscle.

Way to go Memory...
