Hanger in Birmingham, AL (Brachy)

Hi all,

We were referred to Hanger by Dr. Grant, a pediatric craniofacial

plastic surgeon at Children's in Birmingham, AL. (7 months) has

1.3mm asym, but his CI is 99.44.

Hanger has only been in B'ham for two years. We met with

Neuhofer, a senior resident orthotist. Todd is the " cranial

specialist " orthotist, but he was not there. I don't know whether we

would work with him at all or just with . I also didn't ask how

many kids they treat at a given time or ask for before/after photos. I

plan to ask her about these things Monday. We have to decide by

Wednesday. was very nice, but after reading old posts

regarding Hanger, I am worried about her experience, especially because

she's a resident and learning all types of orthotics.

Has anyone here worked with Neuhofer or Todd ? If so,

would you recommend them? I think I want to do a consult with CT, but

the closest one I am aware of is in Atlanta. Are there any in Alabama?

Has anyone here been to the one in Atlanta? Would you recommend them?
