Guest guest
forgot to say that the " lemon " has a tag saying " from fresh lemons. Not from concentrate " . Thanks, Ellen
Guest guest
The brand is Sicilia brand lemon (in the plastic squeezy lemon). I called the company and they assured me it is only lemon juice not from concentrate, lemon oil from the rind of the lemon and water. I bought it at Trader Joe's. So does that sound okay to use? It sure would be easier than always having fresh lemons in the house! Thanks, Ellen 8.5 year old dd dx'ed w. Crohn's. SCD 5/

I also like having lemaon and lime juice on hand, so I do a huge batch and then freeze it in 1 tbsp amounts in ice cubes trays. (I measure one and estimate the rest). When frozen I transfer the premeasured cubes into freezer bags. Sheila, SCD Feb. 2001, UC 22yrs mom of and daniel
