I haven't been up to much lately, just hanging out at doctors offices and the gym, i have to watch my weight, as my doctor told me "stop eating". I have increased my work out time and have managed to drop a few pounds, my doctor was pleased, so was I. I have to admit......Well you take care and i hope you and Don a doing great. My rheumy suggested I try Meridia, and I haven't had any bad effects, and I have been losing weight. However, now I am panicking about having to give it up! We will probably be travelling in mid September, and although I am sure he will let me have a three month supply, but what will I do after that? It is keeping my appetite down, even on increased pred, so it is really beneficial for my blood sugar levels. I am so happy, I am down from 192 to 180 lbs. We were so stupid when we were young, I thought I was overweight when I was 150 lbs!!! Anyway V, you have inspired me to do a little more exercise, I haven't done any today yet, thank you!!
