What a wonderful letter Jane. You are an inspiration for everyone. I will

be 9 months post op on Oct 10. I've lost almost as much as you but not

quite. I was 242 lbs at surgery/ 5 ft 2 in/ and now I am at 143 lbs. Will

be getting my blook work done next week, so I'll wait and give my roport next

week. Congratulations, I am so happy for you. in Missouri

Dear Jane,

Congratulations, and thanks for your post! As a slow loser (only half way to

the average at almost 2 months), I really needed to hear that you started

losing slowly and that the first month is not necessarily the month of the
