Guest guest
Has anyone else gotten the Insurance Letter from Dr. Rutledge to send to their ins company? I got mine last Friday, in Word format (.doc), and there are several places where the font is all screwed up and I've had to reformat it. Has this been the case for everyone else? or did I just get a bad download (d/l'd two versions twice each, and they were both screwed up) .....and did you change anything else? (wording, punctuation, etc.) <---secretary by profession, so I can't help but fix those type of things!!! Guest guest
Robin, my letter was kind of like that, but that was back when Dr. R. actually sent the letter to the insurance company from his office and we got the copy in Word. It was too late to change anything. but my ins. co. actually approved me based on just that letter. Fix it up pretty. I too have been a secretary and I really wished I could have played with the letter first. but it worked without my magic touch. Good luck Betty in western NC Insurance letter >Has anyone else gotten the Insurance Letter from Dr. Rutledge to send to >their ins company?
