I was told that after Ocotber 1, 2000, Dr. R will require a deposit

of $1000.00 + 225.00 for clinic upfront and the $$ will be returned

when the insurance pays him. If my insurance approves this I will

have a $10.00 co-pay for an office visit and thats it. I don't care

about the deposit as long as I get it back when Dr. R gets paid.

Maybe he has had some problems? Who Knows??

Hi,

Sorry if either misspoke or it was misunderstood.

After Oct we will be asking for a 1,000 deposit.

The insurance companies are as bad to us post op as they are you preop.

If you are " committed " to having you insurance reimburse us so that you

can

recoup your deposit, it will be of help to us and our staff.

We will still be accepting insurance cases for the time being.

We will review hardship cases for patients that cannot afford the

deposit on

a case by case basis.

Peace.
