hi antoinette and all,

did you give probiotics on the intro? are you supposed to put the

good bugs in to help fight the bad ones or do you start probiotics

after the intro diet??? i have not been able to find this info? we

are avoiding the yoghurt for sometime so i will need to use a

probiotic for sure.
