Guest guest
EVERYONE needs to start SCD with the intro diet. It " clears the decks " and she will have a better outcome in the long run. Patti Question about starter diet and yeast overgrowth If someone is having issues with yeast overgrowth, but not diarrhea or other yeast issues, do they need to do the full blown starter diet or is it okay to have plain green veggies with the meat and eggs? Thanks, Dana (Asking for my sister who is starting the diet this weekend and already struggling with missing greens. I am trying to encourage her to do the full blown starter diet because her yeast issues are BAD) --------------------------------- Low, Low, Low Rates! Check out Yahoo! Guest guest
You always need to do the true intro diet, and work from there to obtain true healing and ridding of the harmful bacteria. Guest guest
Thanks, Meleah and Patti. I have shared the info with my sister and she plans to work hard at staying true to the diet. I shared your input exactly as you put it. I felt she would be more likely to go on the full starter diet if I had more support behind what I was sharing with her. Thanks, Dana robin wrote: You always need to do the true intro diet, and work from there to obtain true healing and ridding of the harmful bacteria.
