what do you consider a tart food?

In my concept tart food is such as vinegar, sour food, chilli, pepper. ect.

Thanks, I was just curious, I know your idea of a cure for you is great but unless it has been proven over many patients it is not safe to say it can cure RP for all. Too many tried the diet from before only to get sicker. I am glad it worked for you, and I wish that was all we had to do was change our diets I'm sure many of us would if we knew it would cure us. I agree with that but I still think that most should talk with there Doctor before trying anything drastic or too different. I appreciate your sharing your good fortune with the group. Now, talk the chinese doc in coming to the USA or teaching a doctor from here his secrets. lol
