OT: a new twist to an old recipe

I hope that I am not breaking any rules but thought I'd share what I have

been doing.

Instead of making the banana pancakes, I have been using the recipe and

making muffins (so instead of frying, I bake them)

I also have been doing this with just eggs and whatever filling (meat,

veggies). This way Cole takes " muffins " to school for snack.
