Guest guest
More times than not, my 18mth. old will have a fairly mushy stool pretty shortly after I serve brocolli at a meal. It's not always the case, but usually so. What could it be about the brocolli that is causing this? What other foods would have similar properties that I should perhaps avoid, or at least test to see if they have the same effect on him? Is there something that I can do to help him tolerate this better? Thanks. Guest guest
Broccoli is a cabbage family veggie, so cauliflower, cabbage, kale, those are all in that family, too. It is a more advanced food and some people tolerate it better than others. Not sure what you can do except give it more time and reintroduce it.
