Thursday and

try a batch. My husband loved the cow milk yogurt I made from the half and half

and

apparently the little piggy didn't have any problems with it. Cow's milk

usually causes him

problems but not the yogurt.

I lived in the U.S for many years and never tasted yogurt. When yogurt caught on

in North

America and I tasted it here in Canada. It seemed to be a Swuss thing. , i

wrinkled up my

nose as it wasn't pudding, sour cream, custard or anything familiar. Not only

have I come

to adore our SCD yogurt but my two dogs are crazy about it too.

But here is a lesson to our members. I usually leave a bit in my dish to put in

the dog's

dish. This morning I gave some which didn't have honey added and the dog walked

away

and gave me quite a look. i added honey and she lapped it up. So don't forget

even a little

added honey gices the yogurt a special flavor.
