Dr Haas book

Hi, all. I had no time last week but started to look into this again today.

Can someone tell me the name of the publisher as printed in the front of the

book, as well as any info that has been found out about things such as if that

publisher was bought out and who bought them? I realized that I know someone

who used to work as an intellectual property rights lawyer and would probably be

willing to help me find out for sure. I'd like to give him as much relevant

info as possible.
