I have studied all the info on chinese diet, alternative diet and med.

This really got me interested as I can feel my diet, beeing lowfat, low

protein, non alcohol and all the rest is working but could be improved.

I have questioned my intake of sugar, but I crave for it can hardly stop

myself, have questioned all the dairy products replacing other

products, easy to get and eat.(But as I mentioned in earlier mail

perhaps increases my problem with noisy stomach and winds) If any of you

have a bit of time, please some suggestions: what do you eat? I am stuck

having to in less than a year skipped and changed my eating habits, I

just stare into my fridge and close it again. Go in to the shop and

leave without any real good food to eat. You probably all recognize it,

no need to explain more. Just a few things other than I usually would

think of would make it easier for me, thanks in advance. All the best

from Sonja

Sonja,

have you tried eating fish? I found that I can handle fish (my favorite

are salmon and trout) and shellfish(crab, shrimp and lobster) with no

problems and most stores have a variety of fresh and frozen. I also eat

things like pasta (not alot as it's not my favorite), and fresh

vegetables, soups. Just some ideas to give you. Hope they are of some help.
