I wanted to try Kal crystal calcium with vitamin D with the kids.

The ingredients are calcium gluconate, calcium lactate and vitamin D.

Would this one be okay? Can you absorb much of this one.

I've tried different calciums with them in the past but they have

tolerated none...

How well tolerated are the Freeda vitamins? I've never found a

vitamin they could have. Even the ones meant for allergic kids were

not tolerated. I probably will wait a while before I try vitamins.

thanks,

Cathy

Looks legal.

Gluconate forms are thought to be easier to absorb than some other

forms.

Depending on the state of their bowels you may want to wait

especially if they've been sensitive in the past.
