question to those who are scheduled for surgery

Thanks for responding to this...I am a little confused. Do I make an

appointment first to meet Dr. R or do I submit the package first? I

appreciate your help as I want all to go smoothly. My family is so

excited...husband all smiles and talking a lot about what he wants to

do for me!!! Wow, wish I had known about this years ago!

girl, you know you are so right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! making all kinds of plans

and remarks...wow..we have been married 24 years..the 25th anniversary will
