Hi ,

Here's some legal recipes for 5-spice powder:

You can use either single ground spices to create your own mix (eg

ground cinnamon) or start with the whole spice (eg cinnamon stick).

If you toast the spices before (grinding and) mixing you'll have a

very flavourful end result.
