Guest guest
OK, I have another dumb question here. Sorry everyone. But what is the big difference between reg salt and sea salt? What is in regular salt that isn't good for us? Thanks again Rhonda in CA
Guest guest
Hi all, I am thinking about switching to sea salt. Is there anything that I need to know before I go out and buy some? Do you use it same as regular salt? Also, I know that the Neutrogena shampoo is GFCF, but does any one know if the conditioner is GFCF too? Thanks, April
Guest guest
Inaddittion to having additives that are not healthy, I forgot their names, it can also have corn starch without listing it, which for us is an infraction because corn causes even more of a severe reaction than wheat! It comes in iodized and non iodized, if either is an issue for you. > Do you use it same as regular salt? I do, because Hain Sea Salt looks and behaves like regular salt. If I had a brand that was big and grainy, well no, I wouldn't use it like regular salt. Lorilyn

Patti Sea Salt Hi, I was wondering if Real Salt - Kosher Salt is SCD legal, their website is www.realsalt.com . The only ingredient is Sea Salt. Guest guest
Are any of their other products SCD legal - like their seasoned salt, onion salt, garlic salt.... Now that's all I use and " pinch " it rather than shaking it from a salt shaker. It dissolves at once in the same manner as fine grained salt. Carol F. You can dry garlic ships and onion pieces in a dehydrator or low oven for a long time and mix them with salt. I imagine a coffee grinder would pulverize this mixture well. Carol F. Guest guest
No... just the regular sea salt. You'll have to make your own onion powder or garlic powder.
