Guest guest Posted July 31, 2002 Report Share Posted July 31, 2002 Evening All Hope you are all resting! Well here is the latest update on . Today was a good day for her. She finally quit fighting the pain and started taking the pain meds. You know us stubborn people with pain meds. She is have a lot of pain due to the exercises she needs to do. (breathing and walking etc.) Dr. says this is pretty normal. They still don't have her coumadin level correct but they may send her home tomorrow with strict orders to go to get her blood worm done every other day until it is just right. This is also normal.(Sister had this done when she was on coumadin) Today the nurses were great! She had the same nurses today that she had when she first arrived there. is hoping to see her heart specialist tomorrow due to some questions she has. He was unable to come in today...too busy. She will only be allowed to lift 2 lbs.. right now, is on a no salt diet, and can only ride in a vehicle for only 45 min. at a time for awhile. Well that is the whole update. Remember she might be home tomorrow if all goes well. They are not sure yet but will let me know one way or the other. Thanks in advance for all the good thoughts and prayers.
