>Hi Sheila, I don't have a clue what to do about supplements for the

kids..It is so obvious they are needed...it hard to know what to do

when almost anything in the supplement might make them sick.

We have been given just wonderful! advice in the past; from doctors,

specialists, nutritionists,.. " just give them a flinston

vitamin " ...they didn't even try to help us...I don't think they even

believed me that they could react to so much food and not even

tolerate a vitamin. And they had some major confirmed food allergies.

We have limited money to spend on supplements and I'm sure the kids

are very lacking in many areas...and this is making it difficult for

them to heal. I don't know where to start, besides the calcium and D.

And I'm sure they are not getting all that is needed in their diet.

is definitely allergic to the yogurt and eggs and it going to

be a long time before nuts.

So they are not taking anything right now, no magnesium, no zinc..

Would the Freeda vitamins cover many of the key areas? They would

probably be more affordable than individual supplements. Maybe they

are doing well enough for a vitamin now. We have to try something as

they are still underweight and not gaining.

Thanks for any advice,

Cathy
