You may eventually be able to start SCD yogurt made with GOAT milk. Elaine suggested supplementing with a good multiple and fish oil. You need to make sure any supplements are SCD legal. Check the pecanbread.com website under " supplements " for some suggestions. I have now cooked and eaten the yog in an almond loaf with no reaction so perhaps it is die off. I will take it more slowly - perhaps just a spoon or two a day and see how it goes.
