Guest guest
Hi Dr. R, Photos come up clear and links are labeled clearly to see what each organ is and the procedure steps are very concise. Easy to read and understand, which is a big factor. Great work... Guest guest
Oh Oh!! When you look at the bigger picture, it looks like a multiple choice test. Didn't Dr. R threaten that testing would be starting (LOL). in Denver > > Hi, > > > > I have been working on a new description of the surgery section of > the web > > site. > > > > If you are interested > > > > http://clos.net/op/descrptn.htm > > > > As always gentle comments and criticisms are welcome. > > > > > > RR > > > > Rutledge, M.D., F.A.C.S. > > The Center for Laparoscopic Obesity Surgery > > 4301 Ben lin Blvd. > > Durham, N.C. 27704 > > Telephone #: > > Fax #: > > Email: DrR@c... > > > > ************************************************ > > Please Visit our Web site: http://clos.net > > ************************************************ > > Please join the > > Mini-Gastric Bypass Mailing List > > at http://www.onelist.com > > > > The Latest Version of the > > Mini-Gastric Bypass > > Patient Education Manual > > ( http://www.clos.net/get_patient_manual.htm ) > > > > Imagine a 30 min. Guest guest
I had a feeling when I saw the new pictures of the MGB surgery you were laying the ground work for a test. I think the test, if expanded, would be a good tool instead of the letter. I am redoing my letter that I started back in March, because of your new requirements. Do you think I should go ahead an fill out the Pre-OP test too. I will be sending you in my packet requesting a January date. I will be switching insurance carriers and have already been given the approval by my benefits dept. How far in advance do you book your surgerys. I was planning on sending you my packet by the end of month requesting a January date. Thank you for keeping us well informed. , Denver, NC > Hi, > > New Stuff. > > I am " considering " a preop test for patients considering the surgery. > > Some of the preop letters look similar and it would be a good way to > generate discussion: > Check out http://clos.net/forms/test.htm > > Let me know what you think. > (Be nice) > > New stuff on the MGB description page: > http://clos.net/op/descrptn.htm > > New Old Loop vs. the Mini-Gastric Bypass page: > http://clos.net/old-loop.htm > > RR > > Rutledge, M.D., F.A.C.S. > The Center for Laparoscopic Obesity Surgery > 4301 Ben lin Blvd. > Durham, N.C. 27704 > Telephone #: > Fax #: > Email: DrR@c... > > ************************************************ > Please Visit our Web site: http://clos.net > ************************************************ > Please join the > Mini-Gastric Bypass Mailing List > at http://www.onelist.com > > The Latest Version of the > Mini-Gastric Bypass > Patient Education Manual > ( http://www.clos.net/get_patient_manual.htm ) > > Imagine a 30 min. Guest guest
Just my 2 cents worth. But adding a test is redundant. We are all trying to write as much information as possible from the manual. There is only so much you can write and with the new guidelines to write a full page on each subject, it is getting harder not to repeat yourself. Are you considering giving us graduation diploma's at the end of the School of MGB (lol).
