Guest guest
is a less-equipped facility and should only take the patients who statistically are least likely to have problems or extensive needs. It's about safety for the patients. There's nothing descriminatory about it. The only measurable tool one can use to determine who is and who is not appropriate are markers such as age, weight, co-morbidities, etc. It's all about safety.
