Hi Betty, I don't like milk so it's not an issue for me, but I seem

to remember Dr. R saying that some people become lactose intolerant

after the surgery. The only advice I have is to try a little and see

how your new tummy likes it. Have you posted this question to the

post-op list?

sorry I missed the just after surgery part in the first post. The

first two weeks after surgery you should only have clear liquids and

juices.
