Guest guest
Hi all, I was in the hospital last week and after coming home and trying to get back in the old routine I have been struck with the notion of not being able to do all that I have been doing. Does anyone feel like they have been " knocked down another peg " after having a major attack? That is how I feel. Anyhow, I think I have reached by decision about applying for SSDI. I know I have asked for information in the past, but I want to clear up a couple things and I hope you all can help me. I was told that you had to have not been working for 5 months to apply? I also heard that you can apply as long as you are working and making under $780 per month? Which is true. I think it is so hard for people to apply and have to go 5 months with no income. I really need to know if I can still continue working and apply for SSDI if I am making under $780 per month and then if I am approved I will quit working? Does this make any sense?? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Hope everyone is having a pain free day. Thoughts and prayers. T. (ohio)
