I, too, have seen different recommendations from different doctors. I think all we can do is listen to the advice that is available, and then learn what works for us, as individuals. I did discuss diet with Prof Neoptolemos, although not the exact quantities he recommended. He does recommend a healthy diet, along the lines of what is recommended for anyone, and increasing the enzyme supplements as required.
