Sorry, Luann.... soybean oil is not legal.

Any time you have a question on legality of an ingredient, you can try checking

the legal/illegal list on Elaine's website, www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info

.... oftentimes you'll find the answer to your question there. Then you won't

always have to wait for a response through the list.

A couple of legal acidophilus brands are listed on www.pecanbread.com under

" Probiotics " .

Nature's Bounty Proboitic Acidophilus

For years I have been taking Nature's Bounty Proboitic Acidophilus. Now

that I am going to start SCD are these legal?

Ingredient of each soft gels:

Lactobacilus acidophilus 10 mg

Soybean oil

Gelatin

Glycerin

Beeswax/soybean oil mixture

Soy lecithin

Titanium dioxide color

If not, can someone please recommend one for me?
