Hi, I need some help figuring out my bloating problem. Here is my

background:

I have been on SCD for 4 months, I originally started it for yeast

problems in myself and my infant son (now 10 months old), who also

suffers from eczema. We had huge die-off at the beginning and we had

our ups and downs. DS'd eczema ranges from mild-moderate on his

cheeks, but it never seems to go away. I have cut out fruit, dairy,

and coconut oil, we had big improvements without each of these. In the

past few weeks I have been very bloated, I had increased the amount of

fermented cabbage that I was eating (my only probiotic source.)I also

added some new suppliments (all SCD legal) magnesium and b complex. I

also take vit c (sodium ascorbate), digest gold, black currant seed

oil, and quercetin. So I decided to go back and do the intro diet

again for a couple of days. I had a slight headache yesterday but no

huge die-off like the first time. But I am still really bloated. Is

this die-off? What else could it be?

The other questions I have all relate to my sons food sensitivities,

reactions are mainly eczema on his cheeks. I cannot figure them out! I

am still breastfeeding and he eats some solids (all SCD legal) and he

tolerates them well. I am careful about adding new suppliments and

foods to my diet, but there really is no pattern that I can see. I

still have yet to figure out my mineral suppliments, I think I am out

of balance...

Sorry this post is so long, just trying to explain the situation as

best as I can. I have done my best to figure out these on my own, but

I need help!

Thanks,

Beth
