Guest guest
, The amount you eat will basically not effect your weight loss. Sometimes if you don't eat enough your body goes into starvation mode, it tries to hang on to what you have and your weight loss slows down. Sometimes when you eat more you loose more. All of us have always felt that we had to be " starving " to loose weight. I am still adjusting and dealing with past habits after 5 months....but it is getting easier and I love the new me. Lynda Earp sville Beach, NC MGB 4/26/00 79 pounds lost forever Hi this is H from Fayetteville, Tom. will be my 2 week post op date and I can start to eat " soft " type foods, I'm a little scared. Not about dumping but about slowing down my weight loss. I honestly have not weighed and don't feel like I've lost in my clothes but I feel wonderful and that is my reward. My question to all you post ops is what have you eaten and how much have you lost? I know I'm being nosey but my psyche is telling me I still need to starve to loose all this weight. If you would share your stories or e-mail me privately I would appreciate it. Thanks.
