Hi,

1 Actigall stop for a week and restart slowly. Take 1 every other day and

work up to the 2 a day. Always take it with food.

2 Sure get up and eat something like a yogurt.

3 Vitamins have iron and can upset your stomach but they are absolutely

necessary. If they cause nausea, stop them for a day or two and then

restart and begin with one a day with meals and build up slowly to the three

a day.
