Guest guest Posted July 10, 2002 Report Share Posted July 10, 2002 I went to the opthalmologist this morning because my eyes have been sore and gritty and uncomfortable. He confirmed it is probably merely due to dryness, he doesn't think it is an infection, and it is not glaucoma, pressure is good etc and the back of the eye looks healthy. He said the dryness could be caused by the rp or the meds, so its just a question of using more drops more regularly. I feel happy about that so I am not so worried about my back/hip/leg!!! I have to phone the rheumy tomorrow for the results of the cpk levels and sed rate, and whether I should adjust my meds. I am going to try walking gently on the treadmill (walking on the flat is not too bad, stairs practically impossible at the moment} Change of subject, we went to see a film called Divine Secrets of the Ya Ya sisterhood, which I highly recommend, excellent film, (I did fall asleep a little, but I did not sleep right through as I have been known to do!!!)
