Nurses would make fun of me when I was in hospital. My backscratcher

never left my hand. I'd go to sleep with it for the short times I'd

sleep and wake up with it in my hand still. It was murder the couple

of times I'd forgotten to put it in my suitcase.

And as for the Benedryl...the nurses eventually told me that it was

good to stop the itching and they were right. 25mg would do the

trick and also help me to sleep some more.
