Also to and Trudy who reminded me of what I've had to work thru to accept my daughters decision. She has a desease called Morbid Obesity that can be treated thru modern medicine and Dr R. will modify nature with modern medicine so that the body can heal itself. I don't feel because a deseased body is young that it has to pay some social dues to qualify for this treatment. she is trying to avoid the dues to be healthy and happy while she is still young. Believe me, any of you that were obese (not chubby) during your youth know what I'm talking about- fatique, joint pain, shortness of breath, let alone ridicule. One thing that convinced me to consent was our family history. My parents died at 52 of heart desease and her paternal grandfather died of pancreatic cancer jusst a month ago. There were several very morbidly obese women on her fathers side that died of complications from the desease. And I am a 5 year survivor of melanoma and cervical cancer thanks to modern medicine. So with the odds genetically stacked against her-- I say I approve, let's procede......the MoM
