Guest guest
I have been buying almond flour from a local health food store and notice that there may be some small specks in it (not a lot). If it is not blanched is it quite bad for the diet? If you buy regular almonds (to make flour yourself) do you need to blanch it? and if so how? Thanks, Tumpa Reinhardt To the world you may be one person, to one person you are the world~Anonymous
