Guest guest
Hi All Regarding my son aged 13 and on SCD since august. I am currently using Kirkman's EnZym- complete/DPP-IV it contains protease from fruit source.I believe this may be a problem for kids who are sensitive to phenols and saliclytes .I only realised that the protease might be a problem of late. I have ordered Kirkman's no-phenol .is it ok to give them both together .as the no phenol is meant to help with digesting fruit and the other one helps with digesting everything. should i just use one with no protease. Does cooking the pineapple affect the enzymes in it? Regards Niall
