I think it is a small bible for us on Pred. Great for info on side effects, moods, etc., and a lot of real life stories, even diet help and recipes. Written by the famous concert flutist and her doctor sister after Eugenia develops a rare lung disease. They take turns writing chapters. Perhaps it could be found at Amazon or & Noble on line.
