I have been too, off, and on. Can't blame mine on the pred. because I am on the same dose of it now that I was a year ago. For you, it could well be a combination of the pred. and the other junk in your life. Hope that things will settle down for you. I am on Zoloft and that has helped some. I've been on the same dose of that for four years and after a period of about 3 years I have heard it just doesn't work as well. Oh, Marilyn, I don't know what's going on.....probably a combination of lowering the Pred AND the junk that's going on in my life. LOL This is the first time I've been as low as 4 mg since I've been on Pred (5 years). I've been on Prozac for about 7 years, but it wasn't given to me for depression, it was given as a migraine preventative. Now I'm afraid to go off of it for fear I'll REALLY have depression. It's a vicious cycle. Maybe this will pass, once I get accustomed to the 4 mg of Pred.....but then it will be time to lower to 3 mg. LOL.
