Ethel, No, you are only subscribed to the support group once and the

Foundation site once. LOL So you should just get mail from the two. The

Foundation site is maily used for voting and any new updates on the

Foundation so there isn't much mail from there. If you find you are getting

double mail, let me know and I will check again.
