Anyone have any problem with the side burns creating indentations on the face???

My son now has a dimple on the right cheek from where the side burn was digging into his cheek. Did this happen to anyone?? will it resolve. I am so pissed off right now!!!

Please let me know if you encountered this problem. I am not putting the helmet back on, until it looks better, which I doubt it will

This is the link, they have a blurb right there on the web site about the DOC bands. I am going to use them. I had heard that one lady in Dallas got her sons done for free, but I have not investigated the options myself yet. They are off of Stemmons. Hope this helps you J
