How to reach Dr Sutherland?

Hi to you all, I have been reading the posts but not written for a

while. Things seem to just get worse for my daughter and also for

my husband. I am trying to keep my head above water, but it really

is hard. The Dr has changed my antidepressant and I decided it was

time to see a therapist.

I know that I had the information on how to contact Dr Sutherland,

but cannot find it. Would someone be so kind as to post it to me?
