Hi Kris: Thanks for your email and your kind words of encouragement

I appreciate them! I did manage to get in a few hours of sleep this

morning but not nearly enough as I had to get up to " oversee " the

doings of an 8 yr old boy -- my son!! Can't let that go un-

supervised for too long.....LOL!! Anyway, I haven't heard back

from Dr. Lehman's office yet but am hoping so. I sure hope they got

my message...how long does it usually take to hear back? Please let

me know because if it seems out of the norm, say if I haven't heard

by tomorrow and most that have seen him think I should have already

heard, then I will call again. Again, thanks...and feel free to

email me privately anytime. I'm here that's for sure. As for the

pain control, I do have a good PCP (knock wood that doesn't change

for some inexplicable reason!) who has just given me the 50mcg

duragesic patch which was working pretty well until this morning

when I was in a great deal of pain before I went to bed. But, I'm

tentatively attributing that to lack of sleep, emotional status and

possibly the poking around the doc did yesterday during the EUS.

Does anyone know if an EUS can cause problems if not an acute attack

after poking around in there? Please let me know...because if not

the above...then I'll have to call my PCP yet again (and he really

will think I'm a drug seeker by then) to let him know I'm taking

more of the Percocets for break-thru than I think I should be. But,

I'll give it another day for that anyway.
