Guest guest
You wrote " " " I think that the aches are caused by a bacteria; present with RPer's " " " " Please do me a favor and fully explaine what you are saying ! Are you saying RP is a bacteria? if so you are very wrong and this is very upsetting to me as it could be to others. Please talk to your DR about this, RP os a Autoimmune disorder and there is NO data linking " RP " to any bacteria of any kind, maybe others but not RP. I feel you should do some more reserch on the subject at hand so we do not confuse people. I look forward to a reply from you soon. Love, P. Guest guest
Is it okay to eat the same thing at first? I'm having a hard time changing up what I eat and introducing new foods. Loretta, I understand the logic behind the idea of a rotation diet, both to prevent developing sensitivites, and for sheer boredom. But for a number of decades I simply have not had enough foods to rotate. Even though after about 6 months on the diet, I have been able to add a few more foods, I still do not have enough for much variety. And I get along better with the foods I know I tolerate than trying to bull through adding questionable ones except now and then for testing. So I would say if you are having a hard time adding new foods because they always seem to cause troubles, maybe wait longer between tests. (Of course if we don't test, we'll never get anything back). But if it's just a bit hard to make up your mind to try, then, you do need to when you feel your body is on a reasonably even keel. I wouldn't try something new if you are having a flare, sick, or odd things seem to be happening.
