Lol, Deanna, yes, now that the bills have started to come in, it really does seem real to me! (smile) I just bought the dress, put down the deposits for the reception site, the photographer, and the catering company, bought and wrote out 100 Save the Date cards for the out of town guests, bought the stamps for those and then another 300 stamps for the invitations, so yes, it's becoming very real....haha! I'm just amazed that my arthritis didn't act up after writing out 200 addresses by hand! With love, hope and prayers, Heidi Heidi H. Griffeth South Carolina SC & SE Regional Rep. Guest guest
Deanna, That news must be of some relief for you. I can just imagine the ordeals a young, new prisoner must have to contend with at a large state facility. I've heard of enough horror stories that were factual, not TV created, that were enough to curl your hair. You must be always worried for his well being. I hope and pray that it will work out and he'll be kept somewhere where there is the minimum of danger. Try not to let this stress you out. With love, hope and prayers, Heidi Heidi H. As time goes on you will have to go in occasionally to have little sore spots adjusted, but that's no big deal Deanna, You certainly know the routine......yes, now I do have some sore spots, even after the first adjustment last week. There are two spots that hurt and ache so constantly that now I've taken all the medicine and have nothing else that helps. My dentist is going to squeeze me in at 5:00 today to take another look at them. The constant, throbbing pain is driving me nuts! It's starting to make me have headaches, and I've never had them like some people do. Of course, any attempt to chew in those areas brings on more pain, so I haven't been able to eat much at all. I also have stitches, which don't appear to be the kind that dissolve, and I'm wondering how long those stay in. I can't explain the loss of taste, though. was correct, all the taste buds are in the tongue, so my lack of taste, just because of an artificial palate, doesn't make any sense. It's not that I can't taste at all, I can, but it's just very much diminished. I've got that Lidocaine Viscous that sort of numbs the area where it's applied, and have been tempted to put that on those sore spots, but haven't for fear that it may be harmful to the affected areas. So I'm now in search of drugs........hey, I guess that officially makes me a drug seeker...LOL..........but darn, I am in search of something that will diminish this pain, and hope my dentist will prescribe something that works to do that.
