Anyone have any ideas? Sherry in NC >> Sherry, Weight loss is so bizarre! Everyone has their own rhythm. Some have dieted their metabolism to a very low point and the only way to raise it is with exercise. You may want to consider measuring inches right now. It's very easy to tell someone not to weigh, but after making a potentially life threatening decsion to have surgery, and doing it,you want to see results. Some have advised actually eating more,so you're body doesn't go into starvation mode! That feels so wrong, but I have noticed I loose when I eat more frequently. I can think of a couple of people who've had a slow start. T.? " what are you a bunch of moonies?! I paid alot of money and I want to lose weight! " My all time favorite comment! Sorry ,but that makes me chuckle every time! My rhythm is a 3 week hold and then I lose during my period. I wish you patience more than luck, because it will happen for you. Please don't get discouraged...........8 feet, wow! Who do you know?LOL! Osler
