Guest guest
What is the maximum amount of time that goat yogurt can ferment without harming the probiotic effect? I know that on pg. 158, 10th edition that Elaine says: " If you forget to remove it after 24 hours , and the fermentation goes on longer, all the better. " However, I didn't know if this was also true for yogurt made from goat's milk. It seems that I have occasionally seen posts indicating otherwise, so I wondered if someone would clarify this for me.
