A good grape juice has no added gelatine and water, so it will be very

concentrated. I consider such juices must be diluted with 3-4 parts water.

The aim of drinking is to hydrate, so the small amount of sweetness of the

fruit in water will do it effectively. Otherwise it is more like drinking sweet

pop which tends to dehydrate and we need all the water we can get (inside the

cells!)

We dilute grape juice (and all SCD legal juices) half and half with water in the

beginning. If you want to dilute further, of course you may do so.

Gelatin is added to juice to make SCD legal " jello " .
