Guest guest
Hi Jazz, I am going to rename this post OT because these products are not SCD legal and we don't want to confuse newbies; this is more of a note for those family members who aren't eating SCD, giving them a list of foods to avoid. Again for newbies these are not SCD legal items, Sheila, SCD Feb. 2001, UC 22yrs, Pecanbread moderator mom of and Splenda Having insomnia is not always a fun thing. I know that Splenda is NOT allowed on the SCD, however I was researching it because a friend of mine just insists that it is a fine thing to use. Well, I found a list of prepared foods that contain splenda. I am adding the URL only because I found _one_ food that I am still allowing my daughter to eat. She is not totally on the SCD yet. I am slowly bringing her over to the idea. She is 20 and Asperger's. If she were still very little it would be easy to just change her diet. As it is I have to convince her of the scientific merits. It is slowly happening. So, just thought I would share this URL. Jazz http://www.mercola. com/2000/ dec/3/sucralose_ products. htm
Guest guest
Should have thought of that myself. Guess my brain cells weren't firing the best at 3:30 this morning. Thanks.
